Job Duties Â· Fulfill product requests in all areas of the Records Department with an overall emphasis being on criminal records. Â· Manage and run criminal record research requests for various sites. Â· Continuously monitor criminal record research sites to ensure that the network is performing within the highest standards and ethics. Â· Interpret criminal record results. Â· Determine appropriate actions based on final content findings for various consumer reports. Â· Comply with all regulations and company policies. Â· Communicate with other internal departments on customer service issues, related to findings from the public record documents. Â· Any other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization. Knowledge and Experience Â· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have VERY accurate typing skills. Â· Excellent written and oral communications skills. Â· Able to work with little supervision. Â· Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Â· Strong organizational skills and work ethic Â· Possess strong attention to detail. Â· Excellent phone / email etiquette and customer service skills. Education Â· A degree in Criminal Justice or a related field; or 3-5 years of experience in a related profession or company.
