401K Program - Administered through TransAmerica. Full-time employees are eligible on the 1st day of the month following their date of hire. Employees receive an automatic 3% of gross earnings every pay period. Employees are vested immediately.
Paid Time Off - Depending on the position, Vaxcom is able to offer between 15-20 days of leave to new employees. In addition, we recognize 10 paid holidays per year; all of which are floaters and may be taken on its designated date or on any day following.

HUMINT targeters serve as special skills officers for the USGC client. Provide direct support to a client in driving complex worldwide HUMINT operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priority threats to US national security which are increasingly transnational in origin. Develop a comprehension of life cycle HUMINT operations and how to support these operations. Develop knowledge in appropriate legal and policy guidance for executing the client's particular mission. Develop expertise in the client's functional missions, including terrorism, proliferation, and narcotics or counterintelligence and regional expertise.
1. Three years of experience in the intelligence community
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. BA or BS degree
1. Experience with law enforcement or other US government intelligence components preferred
2. Knowledge of a foreign language preferred
3. Knowledge of All Source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis
4. Knowledge of counterterrorism, counterintelligence, counterproliferation, counternarcotics, or regional affairs
5. Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
