Security Training Specialist (Entry Level)
PAE is seeking individuals as Commercial, Military, Government and Law Enforcement Entry-Level Training Specialists for security related training environments. The most successful individuals come from a broad swath of audiences and experience. The most successful individuals come to us with an interest in- or background from-:
Local, State, Federal, and National Law Enforcement Agencies. With minimal experience in Law Enforcement, Military or Civilian Criminal Investigations.
Various Military Backgrounds.
Specific Army MOS’s include these series: 97, 31, 35, 18, 11.
Investigative Services. Contractor Background and Private Investigation Services
These/The self-motivated, quick-learning, entry-level individual(s) will also (have/has):
Value integrity, service, respect for teammates and coworkers
Heightened ability to multitask in high stress environments.
Exceptional self discipline, and self motivation, openness to learning new skills, and absorb and assimilate information quickly.
Prides himself on working well in a team matrixed environment, an eagerness to learn, and quickly apply skills to the success of of their teammates and projects.
Can work well with direct oversight and with limited guidelines, thinks clearly and creatively in stressful situations.
Ability to communicate objectively, effectively and concisely across various management levels, with both exceptional written, oral presentation skills communicating detailed information with accuracy and brevity.
A current interest in-, studied- or is currently studying- Psychology, History, Anthropology, Law Enforcement, Criminology, Criminal Forensics, Criminal Psychology, International Relations, Government, Political Science, Military History, Intelligence Analysis, Military Justice or National Security.
Progressively promoted at least once in your current position.
Led small teams or projects, research or studies, and can show contributions to the success of projects in your current or past organization.
Observation and investigations skills that lead to gathering facts, compiling information, and compelling analysis.
Individuals who consider this opportunity will: 1)be available to provide service as an Independent Contractor once completing a rigorous three-week training program, 2)have a flexible schedule, with an availability of ten-to-twelve days a month in ten-to-twelve hour blocks, 3)currently have or recently held a security clearance, or have the ability to hold and maintain a security clearance and be a US Citizen. Individuals are also required to have: 1)a high school diploma or equivalent, 2)must be able to walk at a brisk pace for an extended time period, up to 3.5 miles with short breaks, 3)must have a vehicle and valid driver's license, and driving record in good standing, 4)a computer with internet access, and 5)a cell phone with texting capabilities.
