Description
Engility is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence (CI) Referent to join our team of diverse, qualified technical professionals.  You will become part of Engility's team working in support of our Intel Community Client in the National Capital Region.
In this position, you will be a proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a fast-paced organization spread across diverse technical areas. This is a high impact, high responsibility position that directly supports collection operations from a security and CI optic. You will serve as a CI Subject Matter Expert and advisor and be the focal point for all CI issues.

Provide real-time CI collaboration and guidance to existing and future activities.
Participate in risk, vulnerability, and credibility assessments and actively participate in assessments and reviews.
Review business processes and identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies in alignment with customer\u2019s Cl standards.  
Identify potential counterintelligence and threat concerns and recommend and coordinate appropriate mitigation measures.

Required Qualifications

Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a CI polygraph
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience
Relevant CI experience, whether formal or informal (including, but not limited to, previous experience supporting collection operations)
Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to accept and evaluate multiple inputs/alternatives to reach decisions
Excellent writing and research skills
Should have excellent verbal communication skills for briefings and presentations
Demonstrated experience with the full suite of MS Office products

Desired Qualifications

Prior overseas experience, including operating in high threat areas, is desired.
