Description Intelligence/Counterintelligence Analyst (Mid-Level/Senior) Bethesda, MD As the Intelligence/Counterintelligence Analyst (Mid-Level/Senior) in Bethesda, MD You will conduct Strategic Operational Planning, centralized de-confliction, and coordination for Cl activities conducted by the U. S. Government in direct response to Presidential Directive's National Strategy, and National needs and priorities; Coordinate Collaborate and Aid in conducting an annual assessment of the effectiveness of the Offensive Cl Operations (OFCO) program; Assistance to the Sponsor in overseeing the U.S. Government's Cl enabling programs and capabilities to support sensitive Cl activities; Demonstrated relevant experience/expertise supporting U.S. Federal Government in Central Asia, Korea, or Middle East analysis, and experience with Data Analytics, Operations Research, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Security, Cyber security, Engineering, English, Forensic Accounting, Telecommunications, or Physics. Ability to recognize all relevant information and produce objective assessments, free of any bias and be pertinent to client needs. Be able to Demonstrate a strong command of the English language in both written and oral communications. Required With a Master's Degree, minimum of 8 years of related experience. With Bachelor's Degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience. With an Associate Degree, minimum of 12 years of related experience. With a High School diploma or equivalent, minimum of 14 to 18 years of related experience. Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis. Experience researching and writing intelligence products. Understanding of cyber policies and guidance and the operations of the theater and providing intelligence analytical support to the theater. Be able to provide a writing sample Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to take a counterintelligence polygraph is required. Desired and Preferred Disciplines Computer Science, Economics, History, International Affairs, Intelligence, International Relations, International Business, Linguistics (focus/concentration in Russian, Korean, Hebrew, Chinese, Arabic, etc.), National Security, Terrorism Studies, Political Science or Psychology.
